Everybody was amazingly nice. The room was great-sized with 2 bathrooms, seeview and a huge balcony, I felt comfortable there.
The room felt a bit shabby and the bathroom was tiny.

They gave us wheelchair accessible room with nice view as well as seeview and that was essential. The staff were pleasant and very nice, no complains at all. The hotel has incredible location so close to shops, the historic town centre and the castle, retaurants and shops. It also was to historic center.

The location is quiet and best possible and it is really close to lake Garda and the mountains, the restaurant and the peninsula. Efficient staff, they know their business. The restaurant food is fab, and the breakfast offered is savoury and good with great view.

Everything was good, fantastic location near the peninsula with private view as well as the old town, nice experience. My room was modern with an absolutely brilliant view of street. I had a comfy bed, refrigerators and glassware. I spent 1 night here and enjoyed that.
